Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In some cases, additional processing time may be required for larger, specialist, or made-to-order items. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. For deliveries to remote locations, offshore islands, Northern Ireland, or international destinations, additional shipping charges and delivery times may apply.
If you require delivery outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery of Vehicle Parts
Many of the products we sell are used automotive parts. Due to the size and weight of certain items, some deliveries may require special courier arrangements or pallet shipping services.
Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any visible damage should be reported to both the courier and RTJ Car Parts as soon as possible.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel from a courier depot, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with the courier.
